At PRIME Fitness, we stand behind the quality of our gear and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all high-performance equipment and apparel. Items must be in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your customer portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and any protective seals on equipment remain intact.

  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
