Constructed from steel finished with a durable powder coat, the J-Hooks feature updated plastic 1″ thick UHMW inlays – adding protection to help preserve barbell knurling wear & tear. These are made for a 3” square upright with 1” through holes on 2” centers. An added popper pin provides additional safety & security.
