With over 15 feet of cable, this adjustability opens up an assortment of exercises and explosive movement options, without the dangers of ‘lag’ in the cable.  So, whether you’re looking to accomplish straight up strength work, or intricate speed-oriented exercise, this technology is a must-have.

With PRIME’s cable ratio technology, this rack is adjustable from 2:1 to 4:1 cable ratio with the adjustment of a pin.  The Plate Loaded Rack is a cost effective and user-friendly plate-loaded system with nearly infinite exercise possibilities.
